You're not alone. Over 30 million men live with erectile dysfunction in the US.

There's a whole load of symptoms brought on by ED - not to mention relationship woes. I'm going to share with you my list of the best juice for erectile dysfunction. Yes - you can pop a pill like Viagra, but not everyone is excited about taking medication, especially when there are more natural drinks for erectile dysfunction that can help.

Along with a drink and juice for ed list, I'll also go over other natural ways to help boost the effects of the drinks for ED you're taking.

One mistake I find to be pretty common in my practice, is men often mistake ed for low-libido - we'll go into the difference and dirty details later.

ED isn't a feeling - it's having the drive but being unable to perform.

Low libido is not feeling like engaging. Nothing your partner could do can get you in the mood. You could be having a few stressful weeks at work and simply not feeling it.

You could have both ED and low libido. Your low libido could cause your ED or vice versa. Both are not a good-time and together they're a sure way to spiral into depression.

Let's get into some natural ED tonic and follow it up with lifestyle changes that can help wake your cock up from its slumber. ED isn't a death sentence, it's more like a sign that some habits need to change.

Here's my list of the best juice for erectile dysfunction you can make with natural ingredients.

 

 

Beet Juice for ED

You've probably heard of beet juice for ED...but why? Does beetroot help sexually?

Yes. Of all the vegetables, it just had to be this dark red root.

How It Works:
It's not meant to taste good but there's evidence to suggest it works. ED can be brought on by high blood pressure - which can limit blood flow to your penis.

The reason guys call on beet juice for ED is it has nitrates, and lots of it. Nitrates turn into nitric oxide which helps open blood vessels - giving your penis the ability to keep up pressure to hold an erection.

Watermelon Juice for ED

A double sweet juice for ED you won't mind sipping!
I know what you're thinking, does watermelon juice for ED really work?

Here's the thing..

Not all these erection drinks are backed by science.

But! Lots of men claim it's worked for them. Harold Lefall is one of those guys and shared this exact recipe on his TikTok page as a way of bringing awareness to Viagra alternatives.

How It Works:
It all comes back to blood flow. Watermelon contains an amino acid called Citrulline. Citrulline is converted to Arginine (another amino acid), which is then converted to Nitric Oxide.
We already know that Nitric Oxide helps open blood vessels, so the majority of these drinks for erectile dysfunction work for this same reason.

Blend half of a watermelon (without the rind) and half a lemon using a blender or juicer. Drink 1-2 cups a day and don't forget to keep notes on your progress!

3. L-Arginine Tea for ED: Another powerful tea that increases Nitric Oxide in the body. Don't use with Viagra and be sure to talk to your doctor, because drinking this tea for long periods of time can bring on nausea, diarrhea, and other unwanted side effects.
